In this biennium, three projects were undertaken in collaboration with our long standing service partner, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Lady MacLehose Centre (HKSKHLMC). These projects were aligned with Zonta International’s Mission and Biennial Goals to Empower Women and to Say No to Violence and the Centennial theme to End Child Marriage. In addition, a project to support parents of autistic children and children with learning disabilities was organized in collaboration with Heep Hong Society.
In collaboration with the Hong Kong Church Network for the Poor, our Club sponsored a project to help fight Covid-19. In collaboration with HKSKHLMC, “Walking through with Resilience for Women and Families” was launched to provide urgent and much needed community support to women and family careers in the deprived community of Kwai Tsing during Covid-19.
