It is natural and there is nothing to be afraid of. When women reach the age of 45-55, estrogen level begins to decrease, which could cause physical and psychological changes. This talk is a collaboration with Kwai Tsing District Health Center.

Stroke is currently the 4th leading disease in fatality in Hong Kong. The older you get, the chance of having a stroke is higher. Caregivers would also face a lot of challenges due to the sudden changes. To carry out comprehensive care for stroke patients is not an easy task.
